of me while driving, having a cigarrette lighter outlet on the center console it just looks off, the center it's busy already so why add more things to it (personal opinion) that's why I placed mine under the armrest, out of sight and I keep my cellphone adapter in there so no wires no mess, completely clean install.
My radar detector is hardwired from the fusebox and runs up the pilar and under the molding to the rear view mirror and just a pigtail sticks out, using an RJ11 connection.
I guess it's just a matter of taste.I have pictures of them if you like.
Here's to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round heads in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They're not fond of rules. You can quote them. Disagree with them. Glorify or vilify them. But the only thing you can't do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.
